The Indiana High Dance program began in the fall of 2006 with the IHS Dance (Spirit) Team. In the winter of the 2023-2024 season, the IHS Dance Competition Team was created. By the 2025-26 season, the IJHS Dance Spirit Team and the IJHS Dance Competition Team began! We’re so grateful to have so many amazing dancers and alumni a part of the program!

Our competition teams travel across the East Coast, mainly PA and WV, to compete at studio and high school competitions. For the 2024-25 season, our high school team competed at NDA High School Nationals in Orlando, FL. Our spirit teams stay in Indiana, PA, to perform at community events and basketball games for our Varsity Boys’, Varsity Girls’, and 9th Grade Boys Team.
